Quality customer service

Should you have any questions, concerns or require service, please read attentively the following procedure :

  1. Call or visit your authorised JELD-WEN dealer;
  2. Ask them to fill out a service form or request for parts whichever the case may be.

In order for us to adequately respond to your needs in an efficient and timely manner, it is important that we receive from you the following information

  1. Your complete address (including postal (zip) code and day and night-time telephone number);
  2. A complete and detailed description of the product (type of window, materials and any special options) as well as the problem that needs to be resolved;
  3. Please make sure that the product service request is not a result of inadequate installation.

Following the reception of the service call, our service technicians will contact you to make an appointment to service the product.
