JELD-WEN Windows and Doors Sponsors ATB Financial Classic Prestigious Golf Tournament Kicks Off Tomorrow

(WINNIPEG, Manitoba) June 30, 2010 – As part of their ongoing commitment to supporting sport in Canada, JELD-WEN Windows and Doors has signed on as a premiere sponsor of the ATB Financial Classic. The annual golf tournament happens this year at the Edmonton Country Club in Edmonton, Alberta, from July 1 through July 4, 2010.

The event will feature 156 professional golfers from 15 countries vying for a $250,000 purse, the largest in the history of the Edmonton‐based tournament. Past players include Jason Bohn, Matt Bettencourt, Nathan Green, James Hahn, Mike Weir and most recently, Canadian Graham Dalaet – the defending ATB Financial Classic champion.
